Hightouch

Founded by engineers, Hightouch is a tool that syncs data from any data warehouse into SaaS tools so that all data is in one place making it easier to activate what data needs to be activated.

Project background

Hightouch originally reached out to Hasa Casa just to understand what it would take to re-do a website. Based on a few discovery conversations, Hasa Casa recognized that Hightouch did not have a brand platform, which is the vision, mission, and values of a company. The brand platform is the most important part of a brand. It’s the foundation for all future decisions for the company. It was our recommendation that before we do any work, we create the compass. The relationship built over the platform process led to 7 more large projects and a trusted relationship. We’re looking forward to our continued support of Hightouch and excited to see where they go.

Interviews, exercises, and brainstorming

We walked the Hightouch team through fun and sometimes silly exercises to get to the crux of why exist, which led to our compass for all other projects.

Marketing templates

Hightouch’s small but mighty marketing and sales team required a collateral template system to address their needs for decks, ads, social posts, email headers, and long-form content.

Illustration

Because Hightouch was a small team with only one brand designer at the time, they needed a scrappy illustration style that scaled quickly and that nearly anyone could do. And at the same time we needed to expand the icon-mark geometric simplicity. What resulted was an illustration package built entirely in Figma and built to be frankensteined into endless configurations without net-new illustration created.

Website design

Hasa Casa designed and built a complex system of over 50 different components that would feel distinct from other competitors, but also easy enough to use and develop to move fast and scale. All interaction and motion direction was also provided by Hightouch as well as staging rounds and final launch. Plugged into the component system was the greatest combination of all of the brand work done up to this point. Copy and project management was also led by the Hasa Casa team.

Event design

Hightouch only had about one week to submit their booth design to the Snowflake team and they wanted the new brand to show off in all it’s glory at the event. We were given two taglines and built the visuals around the “Light up” and “data activation” theme.
